Insurer to provide quotations for the following benefits for both employees and dependents:
1) Hospitalisation and outpatient surgery
2) Emergency benefits
3) Pre and post hospitalisation benefits
4) Outpatient benefits
5) Critical illness care
6) Maternity benefits (natural conception)
7) Mental health
8) Dental benefits
9) Wellness benefits. APLMA will conduct a value for money assessment based on the quantitative proposal and price proposal.
The Tender must be written in English and provided in the following format: TENDERER DETAILS: 1) Legal entity and business name 2) Tenderer’s contact who is authorized to represent and legally bind the Tenderer [name, address, email, phone] 3) Registered office address and principal place of business 4) Company profile 5) Track records [list of client names etc]. QUALITATIVE PROPOSAL:
The following criterias are considered of fair importance in the evaluation of this tender. Specific details are required in the quality proposal including, but not limited to:
1) Responsiveness in emergency situations [Specific details required: Include hotline operating hours -e.g. 24/7, Monday to Friday- turnaround time on escalation process]
2) Ability to provide warranties and guarantees as part of the contract [Specific details required: service recovery procedure for warranties and guarantees, state condition(s) for warranty(ies) and guarantee(s), if any]
3) Demonstrates unique selling points and additional benefits or services that are of value [Specific details required: Indicate number of Direct billing clinics (provide the list of local and overseas clinics and hospitals available). If applicable, any telehealth coverage in SG and overseas (and including medication delivery)]Swiftness in processing of claims [Specific details required: State the expected Turnaround time for emergency situation & claim processing time]
5) Robust and secure claims system [Specific details required: If any enhanced accessibility, technological breakthrough & data management of app]
6) Familiarity and experience in providing services to organizations with a mix of both Singaporean and international (expatriate) employees. Proposal must address the evaluation criteria above and be no more than 15 pages. Selected proposals/vendors may be required to conduct in-person pitch presentation and written
notification will be sent to the selected vendor in writing via email.
PRICE PROPOSAL:
An itemized breakdown of the insurance costs applicable for each coverage must be provided. It should also state the annual limits and deductibles, if any. Details on entitlements (e.g. type of hospital and room) should be provided, if applicable. Billing frequency and credit term should be specified. The tender pricing will be in SGD, and inclusive of all taxes and charges that may be applicable. • Deadline for submission of questions: 10 August 2024 (12:00 PM Singapore time)
