Angel is a global health and policy professional with close to ten years of experience working with a range of international organizations, trade associations, and multinationals in both Singapore and China, including Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; 100 Resilient Cities - pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation; and the Global Partnership for Education.

Returning home to Singapore after a six-year stint in Beijing, she brings both a solid track record in managing both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic advocacy goals, and an academic background in public health and political science. She is passionate about policy, innovation and philanthropy, and their roles in solving the world’s most pressing health challenges.
