Ms Shubhla Singh is the Associate Director, Country Partnerships at the Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance.

Shubhla has over 6 years of experience in research and public health. Her experience in the health sector spans across diseases and areas including TB, maternal and child health and nutrition. She specialises in public health research and implementation. Prior to APLMA, she led the design and implementation of research studies, programs and monitoring and evaluation activities at Population Services International in India.

She holds a Master's in Public Health from Saw Swee Hock School of Public health, National University of Singapore.
