Senior Officer, Policy and Sustainability

As the Senior Officer for Policy and Sustainability at APLMA, Chen Yu Ting is focused on research and analysis of policies and strategies to inform advocacy efforts. Prior to joining APLMA, Yu Ting spent six years working in public health research across Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.  She previously worked with the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) to estimate the socioeconomic impact of antimicrobial resistance in Singapore to inform policy change. 

Yu Ting has a Master of Public Health degree from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Social Medicine from King’s College London. She is a co-founder of the King's College London’s Global Health Society which champions diverse health issues and causes. With an interest in antimicrobial resistance research, Yu Ting is passionate about improving public health outcomes.
