APLMA is seeking an implementing partner with a presence in both Cambodia and Vietnam to build on the momentum towards sustainability planning and implementation in the respective countries.

Catalytic Technical Support Fund

Communications Manager

Technical Advisor, Malaria Elimination

The Technical Advisor will ensure the Secretariat’s outputs are technically rigorous so as to bolster advocacy efforts that increase the visibility for malaria elimination in Asia Pacific. He/She will report to the Executive Vice President for Strategy.

Development of Indonesia’s National Roadmap for Malaria Elimination by 2030 and Prevention of Re-Establishment

The Indonesia-based senior consultant will support APLMA’s collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia to develop the National Roadmap for Malaria Elimination and Prevention of Re-establishment by 2030. This document will provide policy and strategic guidance to ensure whole-of-government approaches in achieving malaria elimination by 2030 and prevention of re-establishment.

Programme Coordinator, Papua New Guinea

The Programme Coordinator will provide support to the National Malaria Programme of the National Department of Health (NDoH) of Papua New Guinea. This coordinator will also support the organization of the Leaders' Summit 2024.

Financing Integrated Disease Elimination

APLMA is seeking a consulting firm or organisation to support understanding trade-offs that National Malaria Programmes (NMPs) make when faced with funding gaps, as well as identifying potential integration/joint disease elimination opportunities for malaria financing in Asia Pacific.

Government Relations Consultant (Vietnam)

APLMA-APMEN is seeking a Vietnam-based Consultant to support on-the-ground activities in Vietnam over a six-month period, with the possibility of extension. Key responsibilities will include: Facilitating consultations with key stakeholders, including representatives of the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology (NIMPE); ministries of health, finance and foreign affairs; the Global Fund; and the World Health Organization (WHO) in Vietnam, and others.
